However, areas that have outstanding quality are the Napa Valley in California, USA; Maipo Valley in Chile; and Coonawarra in Australia.

Cabernet Sauvignon is the color is deep, dull, and with a purple tone. It has a very characteristic generally fruity, near blackberries and blackcurrant, full-bodied, structure and strong tannins, flavor with a clear acidity and alcohol levels moderate to high.

Tannins stand out on a flavor profile that includes notes of pepper and spices, and a mouth that gives chocolate and snuff. A red wine that is enjoyed glass after glass and never tires.
