With them, we have the assurance of steel tanks which are used exclusively for the transport of wines and spirits. These tanks have capacities ranging from 24,000 liters to 26,000 liters. They count on ISO certification for the shipment of alcoholic products. .
Wines Flexitanks
One container can carry 10,000 liters of bottled wine, compared with 24,000 liters in a Flexitank. More than twice the capacity that naturally produces considerable savings in transportation costs. Also CO2 emissions are estimated to be reduced by up to 50%.
The Flexitank transforms a 20-foot ISO container into a single transport system for bulk wine. Again in partnership with JFHillebrand, we like to use the mark Flexitanks TOD, which incorporates the latest technology in materials to create a barrier that minimizes the possibility of the deterioration of the product.
IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container)
The great advantage of using this 1000 liter container is the possibility of shipping different wines in bulk with the use of only one container. 20,000 liters in a standard 20-foot container. The wine is sent treated for immediate bottling. There is no need to count on tanks in your bottling plant. The only thing needed it to connect the IBC to the bottling with a Just-In-Time system. It can stack up to 4 of height.
