The last measurement of exports accumulation covering January to August this year, deliver positive data, compared to the same period last year.

The good news is that cumulative exports rose by 6% in volume and 8% by value.
The only month record low according to data provided by PASO, was August, which posted a 4% drop in volume and 3% in value compared to the same month last year.

Meanwhile, sparkling wines with very good numbers, with an accumulation of 10% in volume and 12% in value so far this year.

On the other hand, bulk wine and bottled wine recorded a decline in the same period under review. Between January and August 2014, bottled wine exports totaled 270.1 million liters (+ 6.0%) for a total of $ 928.5 million (+ 8.0%). In August, totaled 35.3 million liters (-4.0%) to $ 124.2 million (-2.9%).

In the same period, shipments of bulk wine recorded 219.9 million liters (-24.9%) for $ 202.6 million (-26.9%). In August totaled 20.6 million liters (-20.9%) for $ 20.3 million (-20.6%).
